Our business model
Our model provides your members with 24 hour access 7days a week to fitness and tanning facilities at an affordable price. Our model allows the licensee more free time and the ability to operate multiple locations while limiting payroll expenses through automation.
Our automated 24 hour access card system is tied directly to our billing system. This helps to maximize revenue by disallowing a member access that is past due or has some other billing issues, thus requiring the member to contact the facility during staff hours. This eliminates the resources associated with chasing down and collecting on delinquent accounts. The member literally has to come to you.

Combining fitness and tanning to increase revenue
By combining fitness and tanning into one package gives you a two pronged marketing strategy. Traditionally most “tanners” pay for tanning at a salon that has limited hours of operation. The concept attracts the tanners due to convenience and accessibility of 24 hour access. We have yet to find a tanning salon that operates 24-7. Of course you have the work-out set that will join to avoid crowds and the convenience of 24-7 access, thus opening up your market and giving you additional marketing options you would normally not attract through fitness marketing alone.

Security
How do you secure the facility during “off” hours? Through our remote view and monitor surveillance camera system complete with panic devises.  As part of our licensing program we network the automated door system with a camera system that gives you remote access allowing you to view your facility any time of day as well as remote access to member information over the internet. We generally recommend having a security company such as ADT or Brinks to remotely monitor the facility for added security.

Revenue
The majority of your revenue is derived from term membership sales. We believe in building a strong receivables base to secure long lasting stability. We provide the licensee with automated billing services that handle all aspects of billing allowing the licensee more time to generate sales and revenue.
